Ford recommends replacing the relevant high-pressure fuel pipes, injector seals and certain retaining hardware when the injectors are removed. Reusing sealing components or damaged high-pressure pipes can result in fuel leakage, poor sealing or combustion gases escaping around the injector.

This complete Genuine Ford kit is ideal when replacing, testing or removing all four injectors during engine or cylinder-head repairs.

Professional Installation Recommended

Common-rail diesel fuel systems operate at extremely high pressure. Installation should be completed by a suitably qualified technician using the correct procedures and torque specifications.

The fuel system should also be inspected for contamination before new or replacement injectors are fitted.
