Ford Transit Parts is committed to excellence and the full satisfaction of our customers.

We proudly offer shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Products Total Delivery Time or Actual Arrival Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Order Processing or Handling Time

Once your order is placed, it will undergo processing before shipment. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your order is processed promptly and efficiently. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), but please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

Special orders may take an extended time for delivery. This will be communicated if an order cannot be processed within standard timeframes.

Transit Time

Transit Time is 2 to 8 Business days (Monday to Friday)

Order Cut-Off Time- 5.00 PM (GMT+09:30) Australian Central Standard Time (Broken Hill)

After your shipment has been sent, we will send you an email with the tracking code within 1 to 2 days. For any questions regarding your order, you can email us at sales@fordtransitparts.com.au. Be sure you provide your name and order number for us to quickly assist you.

Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within Australia.

What if I live in a different country?

Currently, we do not ship outside of Australia. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Shipping Cost

Shipping rates will be displayed and calculated at checkout. For trade customers, freight will be quoted along with product quote.

Please note freight for areas outside metro and regional locations may take longer. For items to Western Australia, please allow additional time as these may also take longer.

Delivery or Shipping Method

You will receive tracking information to your email address once item has been sent. Please use specific carrier website for tracking information. Please note tracking number may only become active after 24 hours.

Change of Delivery Address

We cannot change the delivery address for your order once the product is in transit.

If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order by email at sales@fordtransitparts.com.au or phone at +61 420 927 633.

Multiple Addresses

We do not provide shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Please submit separate orders if you would like products to be delivered to different addresses.

What if my item is lost or damaged in transit?

Whilst we hope this never occurs, if your item does not make it to you or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at sales@fordtransitparts.com.au as soon as possible and we will work to resolve the issue.

Order Tracking

We provide order tracking for all shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package.
