Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 days. Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and/or public holidays.
Special orders may take an extended time for delivery. This will be communicated if an order cannot be processed within standard timeframes.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping rates will be displayed and calculated at checkout. For trade customers, freight will be quoted along with product quote.
Please note freight for areas outside metro and regional locations may take longer. For items to Western Australia, please allow additional time as these may also take longer.

Ford Transit Parts is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order is damaged on arrival, best practice is to not accept the goods on delivery. Otherwise, please contact freight carrier to file a claim. Please keep images of packaging and damaged goods before filing a claim.
